1. Services

Mamivku provides engine diagnostics, FastTrack care, and performance tuning services. All services are subject to availability and vehicle compatibility assessment.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed via email. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for full refund. Late cancellations incur a 50% service charge.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

4. Liability Limitation

Mamivku is not liable for vehicle damage caused by pre-existing conditions. We recommend full vehicle inspection before service commencement. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

5. Warranty

Diagnostic reports are accurate to industry standards. Parts and workmanship are warranted for 30 days from completion date.

6. Data Protection

We collect personal data (name, phone, email, vehicle details) solely for service delivery and communication. Your data is never shared with third parties without consent and is protected per GDPR compliance standards.

7. Customer Conduct

Customers must not use our facility for illegal activities. Abusive conduct toward staff may result in service termination without refund.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
